Employed as a lead Service Designer (UX/UI) within Aldi's Global Service Design Team, my focus on the Curbside "Click & Collect" service within the Aldi Desktop Site/App involved more than just visual design (as seen below). Working with Agile project teams and key stakeholders, in sprints, retrospectives and reviews, I led the creation of high-converting user interfaces. From initial wireframes and prototypes through to high-fidelity mockups, ensuring a seamless, mobile-first experience across all devices. I prioritised intuitive UI/UX solutions to enhance user engagement and drive successful conversions, while maintaining brand consistency across all digital touch-points. This involved close collaboration with marketing and development teams to ensure design execution aligned with business goals, leading to a user-friendly and efficient Click & Collect experience for customers globally. *Due to legal blockades and NDA, I'm unable to share Aldi's Global wireframes with Orckestra and PWC. These include prototypes, and customer journey maps, that were built by myself and my design team. As a global enterprise, these documents contained highly sensitive, country-specific information from Australia, Germany, UK and US.
